- Make cookies as directed on pouch. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chips uncovered on Medium (50%) 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once, until melted and smooth.
- Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Carefully dip each cookie halfway into melted chips; wipe off excess. Place on cookie sheet; sprinkle with decors. Let stand until coating is firm, about 1 hour.
