Easy Chicken & stuffing casserole image

A delicious chicken casserole that's easy and quick to make. My mom used to make this when she wanted something tasty but quick.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) reduced-fat, cream of celery soup
1 can(s) reduced-fat, cream of chicken soup
1 small can chicken broth
1 can(s) fat free, evaporated milk
1 box(es) chicken stuffing mix
2 pound(s) shredded, cooked chicken

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Layer chicken in bottom of dish. Top w/ stuffing mix and seasoning packet.
  • In bowl, whisk together soups, broth and milk. Pour over chicken mix. gently stir to mix. Bake 30 mins, or until hot and bubbly.
