This is a Variation of the Original Waldorf Salad! So yummy. I added chicken to make this more of a Meal.

Steps:
- 1. In A large bowl,toss together the apples,lemon juice.Stir in celery,walnuts,raisins and grapes
- 2. In a microwave safe bowl,add marshmellows and microwave on high for 30-40 seconds or until totally melted. While still warm, stir in mayo.
- 3. Scrape marshmellow/mayo mixture back into large bowl of apples and cooked chicken. Toss and coat well. Chill for about an hour before serving.
