Love this stuff, goes with anything! I like to cook it with Teriyaki chicken so I can drizzle the sauce over it.

Steps:
- 1. Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Fry chicken in small pan until no longer pink, sit aside.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in 10 inch skillet on medium heat.
- 3. Add vegetables, stir fry until tender.
- 4. Crack eggs into skillet, scramble.
- 5. Add rice, chicken (already cooked) and soy sauce.
- 6. Mix soy sauce and remove from heat. Yes, it's that simple :)
