Steps:
- In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast blend well. Stir in cheese. In small saucepan, heat milk and margarine until very warm (120 to 130°F.). Add warm liquid and eggs to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in remaining 1 cup flour. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in warm place (80 to 85° F.) until light and doubled in size, 45 to 60 minutes.Generously grease 1 1/2- or 2-quart casserole or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Stir down dough to remove all air bubbles. Turn into greased casserole. Cover let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 20 to 25 minutes.Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover dough. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown.
