2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed
1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Cheese Garlic Dressing Mix
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water in large saucepan 6 to 8 min. or until tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
  • Add dressing and roasted red peppers; mix lightly.
  • Sprinkle with crushed pepper.
