Easy marinades for budget beef! I found this recipe in Woman's World magazine. I have not tried these marinades, but I'm posting them for safe keeping.

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons oil

3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
2 cups chopped scallions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sherry wine
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 garlic clove, minced

Steps:

  • Start with the boneless beef then make a marinade.
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef.
  • Ginger Orange:.
  • Combine orange juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar, and ground ginger.

  • Mix caesar style vinaigrette salad dressing, minced garlic, and pepper.
  • Honey Dijon:.
  • Blend honey, dijon mustard, and vinegar, oil, minced garlic, pepper, dried rosemary, and salt.

  • Combine italian salad dressing, lime juice, chili powder, and ground cumin.
  • Whiskey Molasses:.
  • Stir together molasses, bourbon whiskey, chopped scallions, olive oil,

  • Mix olive oil, sherry, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Teriyaki Red Wine:.
  • Combine red wine, teriyaki sauce, honey, spicy brown mustard and minced garlic.
