- Combine all blackened seasoning ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Toss shrimp and olive oil together in a large mixing bowl. Then add the blackened seasoning and mix until shrimp are fully coated.
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a cast iron skillet or non-stick pan and heat on medium-high until the pan is hot.
- Lay shrimp flat on pan without overlapping them and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until opaque. When finished, transfer the shrimp to a plate and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
