Good cookies.I make them all the time for Easter.

Number Of Ingredients 9

21/4 cup(s) corn starch (300g)
3/4 cup(s) all purpose flour (100g)
4 - egg yolks
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
10 tablespoon(s) butter, unsalted, soft
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
3 tablespoon(s) milk
1 - lemon,zest

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients, add lemon zest.Add rest of the ingredients.Knead the dough util smooth.
  • Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Bake for 15 minutes 350 F.
