I usually make my fudge with all the stove top cooking and marshmallow cream and the whole nine yards and it's the best recipe in the world for fudge, but sometimes you just want to make something sweet for a quick chocolate fix, without a lot of hassle, then this is the recipe for you. 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (12ozpkg)
1/2 c milk chocolate chips
1 can(s) eagle brand condensed milk
1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Place both milk chocolate and semi sweet chocolate in a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Pour in the condensed milk. Microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Microwave, in one minute intervals until the chips are melted and the mixture is thick and smooth. Add nuts and stir to mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 8X8 baking pan. Let set. Use your imagination to come up with some other combinations, like white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. or chocolate and peanut butter, etc. It's fun to come up with something new...enjoy
