Steps:
- In a medium bowl, beat the Neufchatel with an mixer on low speed, until creamy.
- Beat in Dulce de Leche and sour cream until blended.
- Spoon Neufchatel mixture into each phyllo cup.
- Top each cup with strawberries and mango. Chill to firm up.
