- Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Drizzle 1/3 cup dulce de leche over crust; gently spread to cover completely. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. milk and remaining dulce de leche in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over nuts in pan.
- Beat pudding mixes, 3-1/4 cups milk and vanilla with whisk 2 min.; pour over dessert. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP; sprinkle with remaining nuts. Refrigerate 4 hours.
