Steps:
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Add pineapple chunks, relish or cut sweet pickles, shredded carrots & chopped red & green bell peppers. Use your own judgement on the amounts.
- Cook on low until carrots are fork tender.
- NOTE: I sometimes add a little cornstarch to thicken it a little but this is optional.
