This goes so well with my BBQ sauce on beef or pork ribs... Lots of trial and error to come up with this combo.. But it works!! hot and sweet...

Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 Tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 Tbsp paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mesquite seasoning
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2. If you are making large batch to use at a later date, its best to mix in a food processor, it avoids clumping. If not, a wire whisk will do just fine!
  • 3. Rub on your meat of choice, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 - 24 hrs before cooking.
