Dried Tomato, Caper, and Olive Dressing image

Can be prepared in 45 or less.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried tomatoes packed in oil, minced
1 tablespoon drained bottled capers, minced
1 tablespoon minced pitted drained Kalamata or other brine-curd black olives
2 tablespoons water, or enough to thin dressing to desired consistency

Steps:

  • In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
