24 oz dr. pepper
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 small onion, sliced
6 pork chops

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  • 2. In 9x13-inch pan, mix all ingredients except the meat.
  • 3. Place in oven fifteen minutes, stir.
  • 4. Place pork chops into mixture. Cover pan with foil.
  • 5. Bake three hours.
  • 6. Cooks note: Remove chops with slotted spatula, but be careful. They are so tender, the meat will fall right off the bone.
