How to make Down-Home Cheesy Bacon Chicken

Number Of Ingredients 4

2slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
4small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1/4lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into1/2-inch cubes
2Tbsp. chicken broth

Steps:

  • COOK bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings.
  • ADD chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
  • MEANWHILE, combine VELVEETA and chicken broth in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with bacon.
