DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE image

2 pkgs of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. add eggs. remove 1 cup batter. stir in pumpkin and spices. pour remaining plain batter into crust, top with pumpkin batter. bake at 325 for 40min cool and refridgerate.
