DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINIS image

Yield 24 mini brownies

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 c AP flour
1/2 c cocoa (sifted if lumpy)
1/4 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1/3 c melted butter
2 large eggs
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Whisk next 3 ingredients in med bowl until combined. Add flour mixture. Stir well. Add chocolate chips. Stir. Fill 24 greased and floured mini muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for about 15 min until wooden pick inserted in center of brownie comes out moist but not wet with batter. Do not overbake.
