- Preheat over to 400 degrees. Prepare 12 cup muffin pan with paper cups sprayed with Pam. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Mix both together. Scoop by 1/4 cupfuls into the muffin cups. Bake 14-16 min or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out sticky but not wet. 100 calories per muffin; 3 grams of protein; 18 grams carbs; 3 grams fat
