Doritos Delight image

My kids just love this. Very easy and simple to make. Hope you enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb ground hamburger
1 pkg doritos
1 medium onion chopped
1 c mushrooms, canned
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) evaporated milk
1/2 lb american or velveeta cheese
salt and peper to taste
1 c chopped green chilies

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger,salt, pepper and onion
  • 2. Drain hamburger
  • 3. add mushrooms,chicken soup, evaporated milk and green chilies.
  • 4. Line 9x12 baking dish with Doritos. Pour hamburger mixture over Doritos. Tope with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
