DON SHULA'S STEAK RUB image

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup kosher salt
4 teaspoons ground white pepper
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons thyme

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Rub on room-temperature steaks just before grilling. Store unused portion in airtight container. Makes about 2 cups.
