Dirt Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups milk
2 (6-servings) boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) carton Cool Whip
2 (16-ounce) packages Double Stuff Oreo cookies

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat milk and pudding until smooth and thick. Combine vanilla and Cool Whip. Blend into cream cheese and pudding mixture. Crush Oreo cookies in blender just a few at a time. Put waxed paper circles in bottom of pots to cover holes. Layer pudding and crushed Oreos into flowerpots, ending with Oreos on top. Decorate with a few silk flowers. Editor's Extra: A delicious fun dessert-just watch the expressions when you dip into the potted plant and eat "dirt"!
