Dilled Carrots image

This simple recipe is my favorite way to eat carrots.

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 c water
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Place water and carrots in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  • 2. Cover and simmer until carrots are tender/crisp about 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
  • 3. In same pan, me;t butter. Add dill. Cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  • 4. Return carrots to pan. Stir to coat.Cook until carrots are warm. Serve,
