Dilled Carrot Bread image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups bread flour
1 cup Fiber One cereal
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Make 1 ½ Pound Recipe with bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 2 Pound Recipe with bread machines that use at least 4 cups flour.Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles.
