This is a recipe that you will either love or cannot even stand the thought of putting in your mouth. I love it!! Had some for lunch today with crackers. Yummmm. I made this yesterday and used Sugar free Lime and Lemon Jell-o and also used Splenda instead of the sugar. It was really good!

Steps:
- 1. Mix together boiling water, jell-o, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Let cool, but not set. (I put mine in freezer while I chop other ingredients). Chop all ingredients then mix with cooled jell-o. Stir and refrigerate until set.
