How to make Devilish Minty Cookies

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (18.5-ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup coarsely chopped chocolate-covered thin mint candies

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs, and beat with an electric beater 3 to 4 minutes, until well blended. With a spoon, stir in chopped thin mints then drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes, or until cookies are firm. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
