Steps:
- 1.) Cut meat into 4 serving sizes, and trim fat. 2.) Combine flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper 3.) Coat the meat on both sides and place in hot oil. Brown the meat. 4.) combine water, worcestershire and bouillon- pour over meat. 5.) Place onion and mushrooms atop of meat and bring to a boil. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for an hour and fifteen minutes.
