Yield 4-6 people

Number Of Ingredients 6

4-5 large ripe avocados
2-3 roma tomatoes, chopped
½ small red onion, chopped
1/2 lemon
garlic salt
¼ tsp.(approx) pepper

Steps:

  • Peel avocados or scoop meat out of skin into medium bowl. Add tomatoes and onions, but feel free to vary amounts of each to desired liking. Squeeze in lemon juice a little at a time and stir mixture until it gets to your desired consistency. I have found that some people like the guacamole chunky and others like it smooth. The amount of lemon and amount of stirring will impact this. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. Ideally put in refrigerator and let sit until cold. You can serve this room temperature but it's best if the flavors have time to meld together in a chilled environment.
