Deluxe Cornbread Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup whole kernal corn - drain (reserve some juice)
1/2 c juice from corn
8 oz sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter - melted

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together Bake in greased pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes Do not overbake - will be slightly loose and will thicken as it cools
