Steps:
- 1. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.
- 2. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble.
- 3. Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in bacon dripping until tender.
- 4. Do not brown.
- 5. Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl.
- 6. Add chicken, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon milk, bacon and sauteed vegetables; mix well.
- 7. Turn into a 2 quart greased casserole.
- 8. Combine biscuit mix, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, pimentos and cheese; mix until just blended.
- 9. Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken mixture.
- 10. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
