Deep-Fried Peking Chicken: Soy-Vinegar Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 stalk leek
1 slice fresh ginger root
1/2 clove garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
few drops sesame oil

Steps:
