Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Brown ground beef. In another sauce pan, sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms until tender. Combine beef and sautéed veggies together; add carrot, corn, chives, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 3. Pour ground beef mixture into a greased casserole dish; cover with potato rounds.
- 4. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over potatoes; top with shredded cheese.
- 5. Bake for about 30 minute or until bubbly around edges of casserole. Serve
