Steps:
- 1. Cook pasta and drain.
- 2. Meanwhile, while pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium heat in a large pot, then blend in flour and salt.
- 3. Gradually stir in milk until thickened, and then stir in cheeses.
- 4. Pour cheese sauce into pasta pot and stir. Then pour entire mixture into a large casserole dish, and sprinkle with crushed ritz crackers.
- 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
