Original recipe calls for 1 C. uncooked rice to replace quinoa grain. Try using pork steaks instead of chicken yum!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 300°. Line a 9x13 baking dish with the uncooked bacon. Pour quinoa grain (uncooked) on top of bacon. Add cut up chicken on top of grains. Sprinkle salt, pepper & paprika over chicken. Whisk together the rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Heavily cover with foil and bake at 300° for 2 hrs. No peeking while baking!
