On the day after the big feast, there's no better way to enjoy the leftovers than in a cheesy turkey melt on pumpernickel.

1/2 cup chopped cooked turkey breast
1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 slice pumpernickel bread
1 KRAFT Big Slice Mild Cheddar Cheese Slice, cut into 4 strips

Steps:

  • Heat toaster oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine turkey and dressing; spread onto bread.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake 4 min. or until cheese is melted.
