Steps:
- 1. Combine all crepe ingredients except butter for the skillet and blend till smooth
- 2. Batter should be the consistency of half and half
- 3. Refrigerate batter for at least one hour
- 4. Combine filling ingredients and warm pie fillings
- 5. To prepare crepes melt butter in a small non stick skillet and pour in batter. Cook over medium heat and carefully flip with a thin spatula
- 6. Place cooked crepe on a plate, fill with cream cheese filling, top with warmed pie filling and sprinkle with powdered sugar
