Dark Chocolate, Nuts & Sea Salt Clusters image

20 pieces Almonds
20 pieces Pecan halves
20 pieces Walnut halves
1 package Ghirardelli Dark Melting Wafers
1 dash Sea Salt

Steps:

  • 1. Melt wafers over double boiler
  • 2. Dip each nut with a fork and stack in piles on wax paper
  • 3. Finish with a pinch of salt when almost dry.
