DANISH SUGAR COOKIE image

Yield 3 dozen or more

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. b. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup powdered sugar
Sift and cut in 1 cup butter.
Add:
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Roll in balls in granulated sugar.Flatten balls on cookie sheet with fork.(like you would with peanut butter cookies) Bake for 12 min. @ 350
