Steps:
- 1. In large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour into a large zip-lock style bag. Place shrimp in bag and close.Place in refrigerator for 1 hr to meld flavors. You can cook this right away if you're in a hurry but it taste better if it's been marinated for awhile because it gives it time for the shrimp to soak in the flavors better.
- 2. Cook Udon noodles as directed and put aside. In large wok or skillet pour 2 tsp sesame oil in to skillet and heat on high. Add broccoli and stir fry quickly for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Remove broccoli from pan. Heat remaining sesame oil in pan. Add shrimp and marinade. Cook, stirring until no longer pink. Place broccoli and Udon noodles in skillet w/ shrimp. Stir fry until heated through. Sprinkle w/ green onions and wait for the explosion of taste un your mouth!!
