DAD'S WAFFLES image

Yield 5 waffles

Number Of Ingredients 8

in bowl combine:
2 c flour
2 c milk
1 T brown sugar
2 t baking powder
yolks of 3 eggs
add 1 T melted butter
mix by hand and set aside

Steps:

  • with hand mixer, mix whites of 3 eggs until they form soft peaks, fold into batter MAKE WAFFLES!
