DAD'S CHEESE SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 C milk
2 tsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dry ground mustard
1 C shredded medium to sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Combine milk, cornstarch, onion powder, and mustard in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on medium power one minute. Continue in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until mixture is thick and bubbling. Add shredded cheese and mix until cheese is melted in. Serve over vegetables or pasta.
