Steps:
- Take the hamburger and spread out on a cutting board, mashing it down to make it thin (like a pancake). Sprinkle the chopped onion around top of meat. Sprinkle heavily with hamburger seasoning and lightly with seasoned salt.
- Start at one end, and roll the meat together into a log. Then fold the log in half. Use your hands and smash the meat back into a pancake shape. Add another dash of the seasonings. Repeat the rolling, mashing and seasoning one more time (but half the seasoning on the last time). Reform the meat again to the size of burger you want. This will probably be a little thicker than an average burger. Cook in a frying pan, turning once, until done. Place on a serving plate.
- Cook eggs over easy to taste. Sprinkle yolks with seasoning salt and hamburger seasonings, lightly. Flip the eggs over in a pan and finish cooking. Add the eggs to the top of the meat on the serving plate. Serve hot and fresh.
