CURRIED/HARD BOILED EGGS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

To serve 2
3 or 4 hard cooked eggs
2 T. flour
2 T. olive oil or butter
1 c. whole milk
salt, pepper,
curry powder as desired
drop or two of Worcestershire sauce, be careful
not to discolor the sauce, optional
dash of cayenne

Steps:

  • Put flour and olive oil in saucepan. Mix and cook over medium heat for several minutes without letting mixture brown. Add milk (can heat it separately in micro to hurry the process) all at once and stir constantly until thick. Add seasonings, tasting as you go. Add peeled chunked eggs and serve. If made ahead will probably need to thin with milk.
