Steps:
- 1. Cook rice in a rice cooker putting the turmeric in the water. When cooked spread onto a try to cool.
- 2. Place olive oil, lemon juice and curry powder I to a small jug to combine. Set aside.
- 3. Into a large bowl add all other ingredients. Place rice in when cool, mix together well.
- 4. Add dressing, mixing in really well adding salt and pepper at the same time to tast.
- 5. Serve in a nice bowl and enjoy.
