CURRIED FRUIT VEGETABLE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1-#2 can of pears (15 oz.) sliced
1-#2 can of peaches (15 oz) sliced
1-#2 can apricots (15oz) peeled
1-#2 can of pineapple spears or chunks(15oz)
1-small jar maraschino cherries
1-tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup real butter,melted

Steps:

  • drain all fruit- arrange lightly in a buttered casserole. Mix together curry, brown sugar and butter and pour over fruit. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour. can bake 2-3 hours without harm.
