Steps:
- 1. In large bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, curry powder, thyme, coriander, cumin, celery seeds, salt and lemon juice. Add the chicken and toss well. Cover and set aside at room temp for 15 min. 2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, cover the currants with hot water and set aside to plump for 10 min. Drain well. 3. Add carrots, zucc., apples and currants to the chicken and toss well. Mound on platter or plates lined with greens. Sprinkle cashews on top. Serve immediately.
