Cucumbers With Easy Dressing image

My mom always made something similar using evaporated milk, but I almost like this more (sorry Mom).

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups sliced cucumbers (I prefer seedless English cucumbers)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine mayonaisse, sugar, vinegar and salt by using a whisk (blend this well).
  • Add cucumbers and stir to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
