Cucumber Roulades image

This Kraft recipe was prepared by one of our members at the December, 2012, meeting.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 english cucumber, peeled
1/4 c philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese
1 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces
12 sprigs fresh dill

Steps:

  • 1. CUT cucumber into 12 slices. USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each. FILL cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.
  • 2. You can substitute 12 drained canned baby shrimp for the salmon.
  • 3. Omit salmon & dill. Fill cucumber slices with cream cheese as directed. Drizzle evenly 1 tablespoon Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing.
