Steps:
- 1. Peel cucumber and thinly slice. Slice onion very thin. Mix other ingredients in large bowl with waterproof, tight lid or waterproof storage container.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together and place in refrigerator. Stir or toss container to stir several times a day for 2 or three days until cucumbers and onions are mellow and pickled. Serve as a side dish.
